Kelly's Weekly Weigh-in

I missed last week, oh well.  Due to my extremely angry muscles I didn't workout much last week, and now that I'm in PT I've only been working out about twice a week so I don't over work my shoulders.  My weight chart reflects this.  Goes to show it's a joint effort: diet AND exercise.
